- Defective or Damaged Products: If the product arrives damaged or defective, customers must report the issue within 7 days of delivery with supporting images.
- Incorrect Product Delivered: If an incorrect item is received, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
- Non-Functioning Product: Products that do not function as per specifications may be eligible for replacement or refund after assessment by our technical team.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Used or installed products.
- Customized or specially ordered items.
- Products without original packaging or proof of purchase.
