1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are considered under the following conditions:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If the product arrives damaged or defective, customers must report the issue within 7 days of delivery with supporting images.
  • Incorrect Product Delivered: If an incorrect item is received, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • Non-Functioning Product: Products that do not function as per specifications may be eligible for replacement or refund after assessment by our technical team.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Used or installed products.
  • Customized or specially ordered items.
  • Products without original packaging or proof of purchase.

3. Refund Process
